ISE Universal Roadmap for all Sentient Life Forms

For beings located inside the Milky Way galaxy: ISE is located in the fashionable western spiral arm of the galaxy inside the minor Orion Spur as shown above. Those within the Sagittarius and Carina Arms should proceed away from the constellation Sagittarius, while those in the Perseus, Centaurus, and Cygnus Arms should proceed towards the constellation Sagittarius. It is recommended to avoid the central hub of the galaxy during rush hour due to nasty quantum singularities that have a way of killing time.

 
For beings located near the Milky Way galaxy: ISE is located in the local group of galaxies. Head towards the galaxy of Andromeda and look either right or left (we’re only 2 million light years away from you at that point and you should be able to see us). If you’ve passed M32, M33, or M101, you’ve gone too far and will need to turn around.
